LOCAL DELIVERY / COLLECTION TIMES
When placing orders for Balloons online, we offer 2 times for collection, whether that's for store collection or local Delivery. These Timings are below:
- AM - 9am-12pm
- PM - 12pm-5.30pm
Please make sure somebody is in between these times if you have chosen local delivery. Our balloons are made with care and Hand delivered by a member of our team. They cannot be left outside.
LOCAL BALLOON DELIVERIES
Our Balloons ordered online for local delivery are personally delivered by one of our team to make sure they are carefully looked after all the way up to your front door. Specific times cannot be guaranteed on the date of your delivery unless you contact us after placing an order to arrange this.
Please make sure somebody is in to receive the order on the day of delivery as they cannot be left anywhere outside due to the delicate nature of the balloons. If nobody is in, you may miss your delivery. If this is the case we will try our best to contact you. In the event of no one answering, we will take the balloons back to our Tilehurst store and a collection must be arranged by yourselves.
We cover large amount of the surrounding area from our Tilehurst Store. If you still do not fall into this catchment, please do contact us as we can go further afield.

STORE PICK-UP (BALLOONS)
Any balloon orders made online will be ready for collection on the date and time selected when ordering. We will send you an email on the day of collection to let you know when the order is ready. Please do not come before this, as it may not be ready.
CORPORATE BALLOON DELIVERIES
Our delivery times for corporate jobs has no limitations. We can delivery through the night or very early in the morning before the office opens. Delivery and Set-up charges for Corporate jobs are priced accordingly when booking and is not the same as the local delivery charges above.
NATIONWIDE BALLOON DELIVERIES
Balloons and balloons in boxes cannot be shipped or delivered same day of order. Nationwide Balloon deliveries are sent via a courier in a box, ready for the recipient to open.
